I'm super picky with my kid's daycare and one of the biggest things I look for is cleanliness. My daughters attend this daycare center and let me tell you...this place is always clean! The toys are organized neatly every time and the staff are welcoming/friendly. Take a tour and you'll see how wonderful the staff and center is. Well organized and such a cute center. My 2 year old is being potty trained and the staff are patient and really helpful with the process. I notice my girls are well trained because they'll come home, play with toys and when I tell them to put things away, they'll listen. Before, they were never that way. When I pick up my kids from the center, they're always ready in the waiting area with their backpacks and shoes on. So convenient! Arriving to the center is great to because a staff member is always there to help and greet you. My 4 year old loves this center and always wants to stay longer. Luz (owner) put on a Mother's Day performance last week for the parents and it was spectacular! Snacks and water were served. I mean...what daycare will put on a special performance for parents..and serve snacks. There was a piñata for parents after the performances, which was fun! It was wonderful to see my girls performing and in Spanish (forgot to note: we don't speak Spanish but I love the fact that my girls are learning Spanish). This is by far the BEST center I've taken my kids to. My girls are always happy and the staff gives us (parents) a piece of mind as we know our kids are in good hands. Luz and her staff are wonderful, they love my kids and my kids love them. I highly recommend this center to parents.

Everyone cares about the children so much. They love my boy and he loves them. I am so impressed with the curriculum they provide, and the activities/events they create.

I am so happy we found this daycare! Our son has attended for almost 8 months now and I truly feel that he is getting the best care possible. The director is very organized and his days are structured and fun. They are always working on little projects or doing fun activities. Our son has improved immensely in his speaking and social skills. He loves his teachers. I highly recommend Smiling Faces!!

I enrolled my daughter when she was 2 and she is now 4 years old. I've used many daycare facilities over the years with my other children and I have been the most pleased, by far, with Smiling Faces. The Staff are what makes this place so special. They are so kind and great with children. My daughter has not had one bad experience with the staff. She loves to go to this daycare. They go the extra mile to do creative crafts and fun imaginative play in their big theater type room and in the grassy back yard. The cleanliness and order are impressive to me. Nice toys and I like how each room has a distinct learning purpose. The kids rotate from room to room to participate in different developmental learning strategies- in the form of play. The director Luz, has amazing creativity and love for children. Every Friday they have a fun themed activity- Birthday Party day with pinatas, Western day, Water party, Talent show- with karaoke, Show and tell day, Supermarket day and many other themes days. Once a year the children put on a show for the parents. This has been one of my most favorite days of the year- well worth taking a few hours off work to attend this! The children do dances and songs in costumes and you can tell they have worked really hard to practice. Its fun to visit with the other parents and celebrate with the children after their performance. I'm amazed by the generosity of the daycare center, to provide a lunch for everyone and the costumes and beautiful set/props for the show. Thank you Luz and all of the staff (sweetest people ever) for taking such great care of the kids!

My daughter attended this daycare since she was 2.5 years until almost 5. I felt confident to leave her here, and best of all she never cried or didn't want me to not leave her there at drop off time. I liked all the activities they had and my daughter would usually bring home cool crafts. Thank you, Luz. Hopefully I'll see you soon with my younger kids.

My child attends this day care and has been there for almost a year. She loves it! Their teaching techniques are great. Just a couple of months in my child had a good amount of the alphabet and numbers down. It was super tough for me to have to leave my child at a day care but everyone here is super friendly and you can tell they love their job and the children. You can tell that the founder of the day care and all the staff put sooo much thought and effort into this place. They always have the children entertained and do everything in the child's best interest.

Smiling Faces is the BEST! For the past three years, Smiling Faces has been a second home to my son. He has LOVED it!! The teachers and staff are very kind and supportive, and they have so much fun with the kids doing a wide variety of activities and special events which have been exciting and memorable for us. The center is well organized and very clean and orderly which is impressive. We have loved the emphasis on exploration and that each day my son gets to learn and try many new things. One thing that I really love is that the children get to learn Spanish and have exposure to another language and learn it from teachers who are fluent. My son wakes up excited every morning asking me if it is time to go to school and that says a lot!I am especially grateful for Luz the director. She has consistently shown care and understanding to us and I can see that she cares about the children and families here so much. She is very willing to work with family situations to ensure that the children are always the first priority and well cared for, which has been such a blessing to us.We have also found a true sense of community and family here which has been so special. From daycare to preschool, Smiling Faces is an incredible, safe, and loving environment for kids and I can’t recommend it enough to every parent!

My child has been attending the pre-school full time.
It’s the most organized and clean center I have visited in Orem. (And I have been toured all of them)My child started at 4 and is 5 now and enjoys attending. Learned to write all the alphabets within 4 months and to write numbers.
They do learning time, outdoor time, costume play time, reading time, dancing time.
There is a nap time that my child struggled with but it’s a state required rest time so had some time to get used to.
Kids snacks and meal is much better than other centers I have been to. And I think what is provided for kids to eat is very important so they don’t come home starving.
